Mr. Whelan is responsible for the general management and strategic direction of the company. He is a seasoned executive with broad experience in General Management, Business Operations in high technology start-ups and Fortune 500 companies. He served as President, Chief Executive Officer of Fujant, Inc., from November, 1997 to October, 2001. Prior to joining Fujant Mr. Whelan was President and General Manager, Networking Divisions at Osicom Technology formerly Rockwell Network Systems (RNS) from 1995 – November 1997. Mr. Whelan joined RNS as General Manager, Rockwell Network Systems. Prior to his employment at RNS Mr. Whelan served as Director International Marketing at Tellabs, Inc. He has over 24 years of experience in design engineering, product management, marketing and business development in the networking industry. Mr. Whelan holds a B.S.E.E. from University of Limerick in Ireland.
